Wisconsin Unions Abandon the Right to Bargain – Verum Serum


Remember all that chaos over collective bargaining rights in Wisconsin? Gov. Walker won the legislative battle and his new law says that in order to collectively bargain unions must re-certify every year by getting 51% of their membership to vote to continue. (Note this is not 51% of those who vote, but actually 51% of the total membership.)
